We are very happy to announce that the founder and director of our festival, Artur Liebhart, has joined the Polish Oscar Committee!
→ Artur Liebhart has been successfully building the popularity of artistic documentary and fiction cinema in our country for years. He presents Polish audiences with films that change our view of the world, and his commitment and passion in promoting this art form have also been recognized internationally. His joining the Oscar Commission is also a signal of the strong position of documentary cinema.
→ The composition of the Oscar Commission is a prestigious body whose goal is to select the Polish candidate to fight for the world's most important film award in the Best International Feature Film. The commission, chaired by Pawel Pawlikowski, consists of 12 people and is presented as follows:
